ComBase is a relational database of Predictive Microbiology information.
Search Static Data
There are two ways to search the static data:
Search static data by organism, food type and environment conditions
This searches the static data, based on selected organisms, food types and conditions of interest, as well as specific temperature, pH and water activity.
Search by source or key
This page allows you to select specific records from a list of all static data included in ComBase and export them or view their details.
Search Dynamic Data
Search dynamic data by organism and food type
The standard search form allows you to search the dynamic dataset, where the environment changes during the observation time and this change is recorded. Similarly to its dynamic counterpart, the search is based on selected organisms and food types.
